12. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Online booking requests are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or notification from our team.
12.2 Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.
12.3 Wait Times
While we strive to see patients at their scheduled appointment times, unforeseen medical emergencies or complex cases may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
13. Emergency Care
Our Services are not designed for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room immediately. Our telemedicine and routine services should not be used as a substitute for emergency medical care.
We are not responsible for delays in emergency care or for any damages resulting from the use of our Services in emergency situations where immediate professional medical attention is required.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Conyers, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
